A vibrant city such as Ghent needs new, high-quality office spaces as evidenced by the high occupancy rate of existing office buildings in the region. Above all, many companies want a unique office building that reinforces their identity and corporate culture. Diamond is precisely what they are looking for.
It creates comfortable, accessible and sustainably developed office space in the centre of the city. Unique spaces are expertly tailored to the needs of renters. Rental is possible from 2,000 m² of office space, suitable for about 100 occupants, to a complete floor covering 2,500 m² for about 175 occupants.
What’s in a name? The Diamond project stands for quality, precision and craftsmanship. It is entirely constructed with BREEAM regulations regarding energy efficiency and sustainability in mind. Diamond will be finished in 2018 and is unique in its kind.
The Diamond-site is located near the Sint-Pieters station, in between the vibrant station district and a quiet residential district. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and sport facilities are located nearby. The building is flanked on either side by trees, greenery and a public square that opens onto the Koningin Fabiolalaan.
Diamond is part of the Ghent Sint-Pieters master plan that transforms the old station district into a modern, multifunctional site. Working, living and sustainable transport are a central part of the vision of the project. Pedestrians, cyclists and commuters feel at home in this bustling part of the city.
Diamond has six floors with high quality, comfortable office spaces, supplemented with common facilities, multi-purpose rooms and a spacious patio. The ground floor includes an impressive atrium with lots of natural light, a spacious foyer with a reception desk, meeting rooms, a coffee bar and a restaurant. All offices get a flexible interior. In consultation with the tenant, colours, materials and movable walls can be personalized.
